Once everything’s gathered, diced, & shredded, it’s time to stack it up! I start with the sauce & keep it kind of thick, then add a layer of chicken. The recipe makes enough for two pizzas & can be frozen. I do use plain flour & add the seasoning from above in place of the ones in the recipe. To get that grilled flavor without cranking up the grill, I use an indoor grill similar to this one. I also add this the pizza dough if I’m making it from scratch!
